We set out with the vision of making an overnight oat bar. However, we quickly realized that traditional overnight oats were too runny – resulting in some ugly looking "bars".
So we tapped into our Swiss roots and used Swiss-style Bircher Muesli instead – a thicker version of overnight oats made with fruit and nut pieces. After hundreds of iterations, muesli in a bar became a "Mooski Bar”.
We started to realize though that these bars were much more than just "overnight oats" or muesli" in a bar - we kept hearing over and over again from customers that they tasted like a fresher, cleaner granola bar. A granola bar, that for the first time, belongs in the fridge, not the back of the pantry!
